Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability for their actions. They were hired to move the furniture out of my condo due water damage. They brought back furniture damaged, scratched doors and walls while they were moving the furniture, left the washer/dryer disconnected and the door covering the unit disconnected.I've been following up with them for 2 weeks now with no solution provided. Would not recommend.

We hired this company for a 200 SF lino and K3 removal. Finished in one day. Left a very smooth subfloor for the installation of a tile floor. Employees were friendly and professional. Took care in the house to keep dust to a minimum. Communication with management was timely and friendly. Appreciated hearing back to queries within the day, and often within a few hours. Would highly recommend!

I recently had JM Inc. install a custom limestone fireplace mantel in my living room. Their team went above and beyond to ensure the final product was exactly what I envisioned.The new mantle is absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the look and feel of my living room. Jaime H. and Cam did an outstanding job of installing my mantel. Their high degree of skill is impressive. From the initial meeting with Dean, to working on the design details with Ben, Travis and the team were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. They were preferred vendor by my insurance company after storm damage to my roof. Took them weeks to submit the damage report thus delaying the claim. Once that was finally in and settled, it took them 2 more weeks to get back to (Because the project manager handling my job was on vacation, and failed to have anyone else follow up). Finally, after several phone calls from my side they said they would start work on my roof in two weeks. Three weeks later, and it's still not started. And not even a phone call from On Side to tell me when I might expect work to commence.2+ months after the storm and my roof isn't even started. Save your time and call someone else.
